Tis' the season..

Well, it's finally here! Christmas is only a few days away. We had the kids Christmas Parties yesterday and they had a great time. Baylee's class sang a little song for the parents and Braden's class was just wild. I mean I can't imagine taking care of 20 5 yo. I would lose my mind! But I am very thankful for people who have a heart to be a teacher. I feel so divided for our kids parties. I am spending 5 min in each room and I have come to the conclusion that I will not try to be at both parties at the same time. It is way too much. I am so happy to have the kids home with me for 2 weeks. I treasure every moment with the kids since they are gone all the time. I can hardly wait for the summer.

Today we had a fun little play date with Lindsey and their family today. We decorated ornaments with the kids and the kids had a blast! I am so thankful to have close friends in our lives who are there to encourage and support us when we need it. Thank you Lindsey for all you do for me as a friend and thank you for having us over today:-) You are a true blessing!

Happy 7 years baby!

Today marks 7 years of being married to the most wonderful man on this Earth! It has been an amazing 7 years full of highs and lows and I am so proud to have made it this far and can't wait to make it farther:-)
We had a wonderful lunch together today, thanks to the help of my SIL, who watched Parker for us to go to lunch. After lunch I had to bring Johnathon to work so that he could go out of town for 4 long days:( I totally dislike for him to be gone so long! Thankful he has a J-O-B though;-) I love this man with all my heart!

Happy 7 years baby and many more!

crazy busy week....

It has just been one of those crazy busy weeks. I picked up extra shifts towards the end of this week and spent the beginning of the week finishing up Christmas shopping. It is crazy busy when I pick up extra shifts. Just trying to keep up with the kids and the house is enough for me. I did manage to take someone special for a little Christmas photo shoot-this is our babysitter and friend-Kalin.
This is just one of my favorite pictures that I took. I am in love with this old church lately!

Nottaway

We went to Nottaway on Friday night to see the Christmas trees that the kids went decorate with their school. I must say they do a ton of stuff with our kids at school and they are loving every minute of it. I mean who doesn't enjoy Nottaway? It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Being the snazzy photographer that I am, I see a future photo shoot there:-) LOL! Both of the kids classes did and excellent job decoration their trees!

Black Friday @ Bass Pro

The kids had a blast visiting Santa this year. They sat down and were both able to write their letters to Santa with paw-paw and mail them off! It's funny how they didn't get that Santa was right there and they didn't need to mail letters to him. It's always a fun time that the kids look forward to every year.

Crazy week....

It has been a crazy week! The kids week off came and went so quick that I was wishing they were still able to stay home with me. We did a whole lot of visiting for Thanksgiving and then I went shopping all night for Black Friday! Now that's some fun stuff! Then in Friday evening we always take the kids to see Santa, so that's what we did. I have taken some photos but just don't feel like uploading many!
On Saturday, Parker started getting sick and we ended up and lake after hours and to the Dr again on Monday. He was admitted to the hospital on Monday bc he was so dehydrated and weak. We left on Tuesday and things have still been rocky! Keep the prayers coming our way and I will catch up later:-) Happy December to everyone!
