TUBES

Parker's surgery went well. They removed and inserted tubes and removed adenoids. He did great. He had a ruff time from the anesthesia but as soon as he woke up at home he did great. He is a BIG MAN. Thank the Lord for my wonderful inlaws who never miss a thing and are there when we need them. I am very thankful that my MIL drove us to the surgery bc I was scared that he would have a ruff ride home. He really did well though and went right to sleep.

Continue praying with us for complete healing in his body and for the Lord to restore all hearing that was lost.

Happy Hump Day!

Monday Bluez

Today started out rocky-I hate when days start out rocky bc I know that sometimes they can get better but most of the time-THEY DO NOT! Ran out of bedding for the mini pig and had to run to BR to get more. I took a few pics of Parker before we left. He's a HAM. So we were on our way-went to pets mart and then decided to meet my friend Sheena for a play date at the mall. The boys always have fun. We also went eat out at Serops for lunch and it was yummy.
Parker fell asleep on the way home so of course I had to wake the bear up put him in his crib and pat him back to sleep. I sat on the couch took a long deep breath and decided to edit photos. PHONE RINGS- It's school calling saying that Braden's ear is hurting him. Yep-he had complained the day before and then when I asked him this am-he said he felt better. I had to wake the bear back up and put him in the car. Sat in 35 min of delay bc of road work. FINALLY pick up the kids and go to the Dr. Wall to Wall packed in there and it was a 2 hour wait. Yes two hours-with the napless bear. NAH! We left. Went to lake after hours-They were closed until 3 which meant another 45 min wait:( By this point I am in tears. Parker had poopy pants and guess what-I was out of diapers. So we went home and rested for two hours. Yes, we sat down and watched a movie while dinner cooked.
We all got ready, loaded back up in the van and were off to dancing. I dropped Parker off at Britt's and took Braden to lake after hours again. No wait got in. Another ear infection and both of his tubes are out. Started him on some meds and he will be back to normal soon. We will go see his ENT.I guess you can say it ended up being an ok day after all.

My hunny worked hard and hung my picture frame I had been asking him to hang and also brought me some ice cream as a prize. He's a good man. Sometimes we are to tired to notice but we are working on it:) I love you baby! Thank you for making the end of my day GREAT!

Be praying for my little man tomorrow as he goes and had surgery on his ears. I am believing for healing in his body and Braden's. In Jesus' name! AMEN! HAPPY MONDAY!

Quick Shot

Decided to have a quick photo shoot of my three monkeys before church today. It is just reality that it is very hard to get a photo of all three kids. Most of it is bc Parker CAN NOT keep still for a second and the other is Braden thinks that it is cool to close his eyes during photos or act like the sun is in his eyes even when the sun isn't out! LOL! LOVE THEM TO THE MOON!

Dancing Queen

I love this girl. We are so busy right now as we are getting so close to recital. Baylee is making her 5 year presentation this year and I am so proud of her.

First Game of the Season

Braden loves T-Ball. He is very good at it also! He is growing so fast. Love him to pieces!

Parker's 1st Popsicle

I bought some super hero popsicles today for Braden and some other ones for Baylee to help promote good conduct grades everyday from school. Today they were each able to enjoy one after dinner for their good conduct grade. Well we couldn't leave little man out tonight. He loved it!! He really didn't make that much of a mess. I love these three kiddos!

Date Night

Date Night is my favorite night. Of course bc I get to spend quality time with my man. The Lord put us just where we needed to be. We went to Boutins which is not a place we even like or normally go bc you do not get great service there. We haven't been there in years but decided we would go Friday night. We pull up and there is an older lady with a flat tire. Isn't it amazing how the lord puts you exactly where you need to be??? We serve an awesome GOD.

We had a wonderful dinner and then went and bought my husband his new toy. His RC car he has been wanting. He's still a kid at heart. We ended up skipping out on coffee call bc our youngest didn't want to sleep away from mommy and daddy. It was a great night and I am so thankful for date nights!

One Week Later...

5 out of 5 people have had the flu!!! Not fun. I can't believe how miserable it was. I will remember to pray triple when I know a family has the flu. We are moving forward though. We had to make one more trip to the Dr. yesterday evening and got a few meds for all of us- and now I think we will get through it completely. I'm not keeping up on my blogging but I plan on getting back in the swing.

Busy week ahead. Braden starts T-Ball and Baylee starts her practicing for her solo 5 year dance. Yes, she has made it to her 5 year mark already. I am so proud of these two. They are two amazing kiddos. And as for Parker- Well he is still being Parker:P

HAPPY TUESDAY!

Not so Booksh Bunch...

This weekend Braden was riding on an electric scooter and fell off and hit his head. He was complaining about his head hurting him very bad so we decided that we would take him to the ER and get him checked. Everything checked out good.
On Sunday night he started vomiting and we kinda thought it was a stomach bug at first but then got to thinking it may be from his head. Took him back to the Dr on Monday and Dr. M thought it was just a virus also. By Wednesday the kids were not getting better and running fever. Yes, all three!

NEEDLESS TO SAY ALL THREE KIDS TESTED POSITIVE FOR THE FLU!!!

Say Hello to the Booksh house this week. This is kinda what it looks like in the Booksh House!

How awful is this little face?!?!?! Can't wait for us all to start feeling better and get back to "NORMAL." If there is such a thing as normal. Looks like the kids will be staying home with me for the rest of the week. I would love this if we were all feeling well and able to get out and enjoy it. Well we have to make the best of it and that is what we are doing with ICE CREAM and all:)

Wordless Wednesday

Nah, Scratch that! I have a little bit going on that I can elaborate on for you guys:)

My weeks fly by and I stay running the roads lately! Well, when gas gets a little higher I guess I will be sitting home or be very skinny-it's either feed me or feed the car! Guess I should try the feed the car thing for a while. Anyway tomorrow is a BIG day for us because we are going look at a Mother's Day Out for Parker. I have always been a fan of MDO and I think it is worth every single penny invested in it. I feel like my other children did so well and were so prepared for Pre-K and K from MDO. Parker will be going with his cousin Bryce so that may be setting up for disaster but I think they are going to do great together. Those boys are a hand full and a half.

Today we went to the mall. We got all dressed to go check out MDO today but they were closed so we went and ate and let the kids play. I love going to the mall and finding an unexpected deal. Like some new twinkle toes for Baylee for $10.50 and some new shirts for Braden for $2. I mean you can't go to a thrift store and get those kind of prices! So happy! Things like that just really make my day a lot better. The week started off very rocky but seems to be getting better slowly. Johnathon will be back in town soon and life will continue as normal for us. Even though I have to work the weekend:-/ Thankful for a job right now tho!
Well hope everyone has a Happy Wednesday and I will post later on about the MDO!

Oh and I almost forgot to post that this cutie had PJ day at school today and they celebrated Dr. Suess Birthday. How fun is that?!?!? We were never able to do fun stuff like that when we went to school.
